Recently was the first time that Tri-City Appliance ever serviced an appliance of mine (Wolf Steam Oven). My oven light bulb died and they offered to send a service tech over to replace the bulb for me since the appliance was still under factory warranty! Wow! I’m not sure I’ve experienced that level of proactive service. The company was incredibly good at keeping me informed and eventually called me to see if it was OK to show up early. Devin, the service tech, was not only very knowledgeable but Inlearned he was a chef at a prior point in his career so he knows the business end of these appliances, not just a tech. I needed something fixed out-of-warranty in the future, I don’t think I would want to work with any business other than Tri-City.ScottFountain Hills, AZ
